Anatomy of our Stamping

The diagram above shows our current logo stamp and a typical positioning of the year and grade stamps. Goblins are different from our other pipes in that they don't come in grades - Each one is individually priced, depending on its grain and the time required to carve it. Goblin prices will typically run between $250 and $380, with rare exceptions going for higher prices, while still tucking in neatly under the price range of the fully handmade Talbert Briars. The use of molded and pre-handcut horn stems for the Goblins is a great aid in keeping the prices lower, and helping me to put the bulk of the labor time into the shaping and design of the pipe itself.
