Catalog Number: Collector #47
Grade/Finish: Collector grade handmade
Price: 195 € Est. $304 USD
233 € TTC including VAT for EU buyers
Notes:
That last LB Collector shape was so much fun to make that I decided to
do a few more of them - I like it because it's functional and creative
at the same time. I've always been fond of odd alterations of
basic classical shapes. This one doesn't have the killer "One in
a hundred pipes" grain of #46, but it's nicely warty on its own and it
isn't as expensive, either.
It's
odd how different the horn stem looks in the top workshop photo
compared to the studio photos. Translucent material is like that.
This pipe has a smooth top with really nice forward-flowing grain
- I designed this one with the grain centered behind the bowl and
flowing forward across it, so all the rings are stacked vertically
rather than horizontally.
Length: 15 cm
Bowl Height: 5 cm
Weight: 44.6 grams
