Non-US buyers are responsible for all customs fees incurred in their country. "Out of Stock" messages during check-out mean that the pipe has already sold, but I have not yet updated the catalog page to reflect its "Sold" status.

Here's a smooth that's graded a notch lower than usual due to having a few pepper-sized black spots scattered around the bowl. Often times I'd look at a pipe like this and just sandblast it instead, but I felt that would be a shame with this pipe given the precision nature of the paneled bowl and the beautiful crosscut grain it has. It just felt like it really wanted to be a smooth. I'm glad I kept it smooth because it's a lovely thing, with that long stem leading smoothly into the tapered shank and paneled bowl - It looks twice as expensive as it is!

The finish is something a little new that I hope to be using more and more in coming months. It's not a Fiebing's dye, for one... Those colors have gotten so ridiculously over-used at this point that I can pretty much look at a pipe and see 'Saddle Tan', 'British Tan', etc. The coloring in this pipe is done with an entirely different method that I hope will be more resistant to handling wear, long-term, which is an important consideration on pipes with outward edge creases like this.
