One of the very few bent Ligne Bretagne shapes. This one certainly produced a unique looking sandblast - It's marvelously warty on the bird's-eye side. I tried a subtle staining technique on it with mixed results - I applied a thin red/golden tint to it and then scrubbed it back from the highlights to make the details pop more, but the effect is sufficiently subtle that I'm not sure it was worth the effort. I still love the final color, though, and the blast is one of a kind. My one caution with this one is that it has relatively thin walls, so I would not recommend it for a hot smoker - This is the pipe for the guy who wants something to slow-smoke for two hours.
